FSG Commits to Major Infrastructure and Training Buildout
A significant capital investment is transforming the Montana facility with new 15+ person lodging quarters and an advanced long-range shooting complex.
First Services Group is making its boldest move yet — committing significant capital investment to dramatically expand the capability and capacity of our Montana training facility.
At the center of this buildout is a purpose-built lodging facility designed to house 15 or more personnel on-site. No more commuting from town. No more logistical compromises. Trainees will eat, sleep, and train on the same ground — the way real-world operations demand. The facility is designed to support extended multi-week courses while maintaining the rugged, no-frills standard our students expect.
The second pillar of this investment is a state-of-the-art long-range shooting complex. Engineered to support precision marksmanship training at extended distances, the new range leverages Montana's vast open terrain and natural elevation changes to create firing solutions that simply cannot be replicated at conventional facilities. From designated marksman fundamentals to advanced long-range fieldcraft, the range is built to push students to their limits — and beyond.
"This isn't a renovation. It's a statement," said FSG leadership. "We're building the kind of facility that operators deserve — one that matches the seriousness of their mission with the quality of their training environment."
These investments represent a defining chapter for First Services Group. Construction is underway.
